Individual Therapy

We offer individual counselling sessions for children, youth, and young adults. Often with parent collaboration, we will work toward supporting your child and your family through a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, emotional and behavioural challenges, separation/divorce, trauma, and attachment disruptions.

Parenting Support

Sessions are focused on supporting parents with understanding their child’s internal experiences and behaviours. We work to strengthen the parent-child relationship and allow parents to respond more effectively and authentically to their child’s behaviour.

Play Therapy

Through the use of play-based and expressive arts activities, we work with your child through a range of social, emotional, and behavioural challenges including trauma, anxiety, phobias, and interpersonal difficulties. These sessions are best suited for children between the ages of 3 and 12 years.

Assessment

We offer a variety of psychological and psycho-educational assessment services to evaluate cognitive, academic, and social-emotional functioning. All assessments will include an initial history meeting, individual testing, the scoring and reporting of results, and a final meeting to share these results, but vary in depth and scope.
